Exposition/Race Team Tech Area Description
Firestone Vineyard and the Chamberlin Cattle Ranch are located in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley in northern Santa Barbara County.  Access is easy.  The expo/tech area will be open all three days of
the event.  Expected race participants and spectators are projected to easily exceed 5000 people.  Racers will compete in mountain bike disciplines of Downhill, Cross Country, Short Track Cross Country & Super D.

Race Team Tech Support Area- Only Option
Space is available for race team tech space at 85 cents per square foot.  There is a minimum square footage of 300 Sq. Ft. or a 15 x 20 space for $255.

Required Paperwork & Payment Requirements

  • Complete Registration Form

  • Have an officer/owner of the company sign the attached Exposition/Race Team Tech Area Vender Agreement.

  • Return Exposition/Race Team Tech Area Vender Agreement with complete payment in full to the address indicated on agreement

Restrictions

  • No food or beverage sales other than energy bars or products that your company produces and sells, unless worked out with race promoter.

  • While there will be onsite night time security, SG Productions and property owners assume no liability, for vandalism, theft, or other instances.  Please take appropriate precautions to protect your property.

  • Exhibitors may not display banners outside of your issued expo/tech area.  If you wish to display banners on the racecourse itself please contact race promoter regarding sponsorship opportunities.

  • Booth space will be assigned based on when your fees are received
